I am an PhD Cultural Studies Candidate at Queen's University with a BMus Contemporary and Jazz Voice from Humber College and an MA Musicology from York University. Research projects include work on environmental ethics in ethnomusicology, lip-syncing as an animate form of music analysis, and queerness and the national film board. Currently planning a trip to Italy where I'm excited to go to Die Tote Stadt at Teatro alla Scala and eat a lot of gelato.
